
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the provision of private hire vehicle (PHV) transportation services provided by Bardosi (the "Operator"). By booking and using our services, you, the passenger, agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Contractual Relationship
2.1. When a booking is made with Bardosi, a contract is created between the Operator and the passenger for both:
2.1.1 The acceptance of the booking; and
2.1.2 The provision of transportation services.
2.2. This means Bardosi is responsible for ensuring the completion of your journey as agreed at the time of booking.

3. Operator Responsibilities
3.1. Bardosi accepts all bookings and is fully responsible for the transportation services provided to passengers.
3.2. Fares for the journey will be collected by:
3.2.1 Bardosi directly (see section 8.1); or
3.2.2 The driver, acting as an agent on behalf of Bardosi.
3.3. Bardosi retains full liability for the transportation services and is responsible for resolving any issues that may arise in connection with the journey.

4. Booking Confirmation
4.1 All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed.

5. Cancellations
5.1. Only Bardosi, as the Operator, has the authority to cancel a booking after it has been accepted.
5.2. While drivers may decline specific offers from Bardosi to complete a journey, this does not affect the Operator’s responsibility to ensure the journey is completed by another available driver or through other arrangements.

6. Subcontracting
6.1. Bardosi reserves the right to subcontract a booking to another licensed operator if required.
6.2. In the event of subcontracting, the original contract between Bardosi and the passenger remains in force, and Bardosi remains responsible for fulfilling the booking and transportation services.

7. Liability
7.1. Bardosi is solely liable for the provision of transportation services.
7.2. This includes all aspects of the journey, from the time of booking acceptance until the passenger is delivered to the agreed destination.

8. Payment Terms
8.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the start of the service unless otherwise agreed.
8.2 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other agreed-upon methods.

9. Waiting Time Charges
9.1 Waiting time is included for up to 5 minutes. Additional waiting time beyond this will be charged at a rate of £1 per minute.

10. Changes to Bookings
10.1 Any changes to the booking, such as pickup time or destination, must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
10.2 Additional charges may apply if the change results in a longer journey or waiting time.

11. Vehicle Cleanliness and Damage
11.1 Customers are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of their use of the vehicle. A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is left in an unsuitable condition.

12. Passenger Conduct
12.1 Passengers are expected to behave appropriately during the journey. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the journey if passengers exhibit inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.

13. Luggage and Belongings
13.1 The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are advised to ensure they have all belongings before leaving the vehicle.

14. Flight Delays (For Airport Transfers)
14.1 For airport transfers, the company tracks flight arrivals. If the flight is delayed, the chauffeur will adjust the pickup time accordingly. However, additional waiting time charges may apply if the delay is significant.

15. Force Majeure
15.1 The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events outside its control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, accidents, or road closures.

16. Liability Limitation
16.1 The company will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

17. Seatbelt Policy
17.1 All passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times. The company is not responsible for any penalties or injuries resulting from failure to comply with this law.

18. Child Seats
18.1 Child seats are available upon request at the time of booking and are subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the company if a child seat is required.

19. Smoking and Alcohol
19.1 Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
​​
20. Amendments to Terms
20.1 The company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers will be bound by the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of their booking.

21. Lost and found procedure
21.1 The driver or passenger will report and the operator will be logging the Item (Description of the item - Date and time it was reported or found - Passenger and driver contact information (if applicable) - Location of where the item is being stored)
21.2 Storing the Item will be at the operator's address.
21.3 Notifying the Passenger
21.4 Returning the Item by collection or delivery at client costs
21.5 Unclaimed Items will be disposed of after 30 days
